Some know how they do it, whether you call it your differentiated value proposition or your proprietary process or your USP.

→ differentiated : 구별하다, 구분짓다, 차별화하다/ proposition: 제의, 과제, 문제

proprietary: 소유주의, 등록(전매), 소유권

해석>> 몇몇 사람들은 그것을 어떻게 하는지 알고 있습니다, 당신이 그것을 차별화된 가치 제안이라고 부르든 아니면 당신의 독점적인 프로세스로 부르든 혹은 아니면 USP로 부르든지 말이죠.

What it proves to us is that people don't buy what you do; people buy why you do it.

→ What it proves : 무엇을 증명하는가?

해석>> 이것이 증명하고 있는 것은 사람들은 당신이 하는 것을 구입하는 것이 아니라, 당신이 왜 그것을 하는 지를 구입합니다.

→ all grounded: 모두 근거를 두다/ in the tenets: 주의, 방침, 제설

해석>> 이부분이 가장 중요합니다. 제가 말한 것들 중 어느 것도 저의 의견이 아닙니다. 모두 생물학의 기본 지식들 입니다.

When we can communicate from the inside out, we're talking directly to the part of the brain that controls behavior, and then we allow people to rationalize it with the tangible things we say and do.

→ tangible: 실재하는, 보이는 / rationalize: 합리화하다.

해석>> 우리가 내부로 부터 밖으로 소통할 때, 우리는 뇌에서 행동을 조절하는 부분에 직접적으로 전달을 하는 것입니다. 그러고 나면 사람들은 이를 합리화 합니다. 우리가 말하고 행동하는 실질적인 것으로 말입니다.
